We roast whole organic chickens in house to make this delicious salad of chicken, apples, almonds, scallions, currants, celery, and herbs in our creamy curry-mango chutney dressing. Served on greens with fresh fruit, toasted almonds, blackberry basaltic vinaigrette, bread and butter.
Farmer's Favorite
Organic greens simply tossed in blackberry-basalmic vinaigrette with chèvre, apple, spiced walnuts, and served with bread and butter. (We use local greens when in season.)
Spinach Salad
Organic Spinach, blue cheese, bacon, pickled red onion, and candied walnuts. Tossed with apple-dijon vinaigrette.
